We noticed a necessity of a creation of safety and relieve environment by the occurrence of the East Japan Earthquake. The environment means that we can use electrical installation in buildings and factories in an emergency. We spend the environment by the use of the installation without some anxiousness. There are not only a natural disaster of an earthquake but also that of lightning etc. These disasters become a source of failure and accident. The scale of such disasters may exceed that we ever experience some disasters. We can say its environment is, for example, similar to that such as an airplane. A use of reliable electrical installation never cause some malfunction and failure is required to create the environment. If the installation causes the malfunction and failure occasionally by a natural disaster, we have to improve a basic standard and regulation of design on the installation for preventing such accidents. Therefore, some preventive measures of the malfunction and failure caused by the invasion of the abnormal electric signals by an electrical installation are required. The further measures are necessary to design the installation for the environment. This technical document reports causes and measures of failure and accident in buildings and factories for the creation of safety and relieve environment. |
