	An ICT oriented BACS�iBuilding automation and Control System�jis constructed by various engineering of technique fields, such as electrical engineering, electronic engineering, communication engineering, system engineering and etc. This technical report describes the development to an academic engineering on BACS construction from such various technique fields to make BACS more smart, open, useful and economical from the view points of followings,. 1) The development to an engineering field from various technique fields of BACS, 2) The configuration technology of BACS, 3) Reliability securing technology on BACS, 4) Modeling monitoring and control Information on building automation and control system, 5) Interoperability of building automation and control systems and the services 6) BACS as cloud services, 7) The technology of energy data management, 8) The constructing requirements and constructing technology of a supervision and control system.
