Electric equipment installed with plant infrastructures in Japan has become old. It is very important subject to utilize limited investment effectively for renewal. For this theme, there is a great deal of interest in asset management (AM) techniques. In this committee, investigations of concrete examples, analytical systems and the database architecture of AM assembled based on the insulation diagnosis data were surveyed for advancing AM of electric equipment. This technical report gathered up the following investigation results; ・We investigated the diagnosis methods, inspection interval and the repair/renewal planning strategies about electric equipment in manufacturing industry. By using the results, we carried out the statistical analysis of failure probability. ・We surveyed viewpoints and examples of the AM in several fields, such as construction/ architecture fields. ・We digested aging phenomena and applied diagnosis methods for power cables, transformers, motors and switch gears has been carried out. We also digested a point of each item of definition of life, life estimation methods, failure impacts / managements, risk assessment /managements and renewal planning necessary to assemble AM. |
