This technical report consists of five chapters including the "preface" and the "postscript." Chapter 1 described the purpose of this investigation special committee (GXC) about the diagnosis and renewal of industrial electrical equipments. In Chapter 2, the actual condition was checked for the maintenance of present industrial electrical equipments from a viewpoint of "diagnosis and renewal", and "maintenance", and many subjects were pointed out. And before a degradation@appears, it has proposed moving forward to the maintenance (what is called -- proactive) coping with a degradation factor much more promotion of planned maintenance. In Chapter 3, the degradation factor and the influence of the degradation was arranged for every typical equipment. The diagnostic method for each degradation condition was divided into off-line diagnosis and on-line diagnosis, and the propriety of lifetime estimation was evaluated. Moreover, the future course was considered in connection with condition based monitoring (CBM) applicability. In Chapter 4, sensor technology and data processing technology were mentioned as important base technology of equipment diagnosis. Here, its attention was paid to ubiquitous technology and cloud computing. In Chapter 5, in order to investigate the future course of equipment maintenance, it proposed getting into substantial on-line diagnosis and proactive maintenance. |
