	A central supervisory and control system is one of very important facilities for building/plant to maintain the building/plant automation and control functions constantly. This system is composed of central work station, sub controllers　and field devices based on the latest ICT(Information and communication technology). This technical report describes on the structural technology of information-oriented central supervisory and control system for buildings and plants. The contents of this report are as follows; (1) The outline of the common technology of information-oriented central supervisory and control system; (2) The network structure and network reliability (3) The system structure and open communication protocol; (4) Remote control and remote data management by web application; (5) Wireless system; (6) The structure and installation of control boards.
