Logic algorithm related to hatto/hiyari for precausion against human error
Cooperation study group of logic algorithm related to Hatto/Hiyari that causes error
This study clarified Hiyari/Hatto(HH) by using the information processing model in occurring 4 stages(recoginition,judgment,decision,motion). It is possible to take precautions against possible accidents by using this idea.

This idea consists because of the causal relation of three classifications
1)

42 items of HH PSFs (to Hiyari/Hatto that is influence factor, hiyari/hatto Performance Shaping Factors)
2)

48 items for HH factor(chance factor for occurring HH)
3)

48 items for HH element(cause factor for occurring HH)

We developed the investigation form of hiyari/hatto based on this idea. Moreover, it proposes the computer system and the application scene to the office that adopted this idea.
