	On-Line Diagnosis for Cable and Electrical Equipments
	Investigation Committee on On-Line Diagnosis for Cable and Electrical Equipments
	When the power failure is caused by a sudden breakdown accident of a cable and electrical equipments, the social influence is large. In addition, the economic loss of the companies becomes extensive. Recently, these equipments that the manufacture installed at high-growth period of the Japanese economy will pass over 30 years, and is seeing an updating term. However, under a social environment severe of recent, there is a strong request to use these equipments to a life limit by understanding about performance. Furthermore, in order to raise the utilization rates of the production facility, the diagnosis by an on-line is also desired. In order to meet these requests, it is required to understand as correctly as possible the performance under the on-line of these equipments. Based on such a social situation and a technological trend, this technical report edited the research and development and the application case of the abnormal and deterioration diagnosis technology in the state of on-line of electrical equipments. The main investigations are as follows; (1) Investigation and comparison of on-line and off-line diagnosis concerning with diagnostic method, judging standard and management method of diagnosis result. (2) In abnormal and deterioration diagnostic technology by on-line, research and development and the application case on a sensor used for diagnosis and its detection principle, measurement condition and judging standard. (3) Maintenance and diagnosis situation of cable and electric equipments in Asia.
